My Lipstick Collection 2018

I thought it would be fun to pull out all my lipsticks and line them up. I’m not very conscious of my lipstick collection, and if you had of asked me how many I had before I did this post I would have said 5 or 6 lipsticks. I cannot believe that I have a collection of 15 different lip products (not including balms or chapsticks!) So without further ado, my lipstick collection!

The Beginning

My first ever lipstick purchase was MAC Rebel. Back when I first started blogging in 2010/2011 it was so popular! I was around 15 at the time and I had to drag my best friends to the mall with me to get it. I don’t know how many times I actually wore this lipstick, probably only one or two times, but I still have it all these years later.

I have two favourite lipsticks. The first one is my Charlotte Tilbury lipstick. It’s the first “Luxury” makeup item I had ever bought myself, and it’s also my first ever Charlotte Tilbury purchase. I got it back in January (from my haul here), and I’ve loved it since.

My tie for favourite is also the lipstick I’ve had the longest, and one I don’t wear. My Chanel lipstick actually used to be my grandmothers. She was the epitome of class and instilled in me the concept of quality over quantity. She would always invest in amazing timeless luxury pieces and use them forever (such as this gorgeous red lip).

My second favourite, and an honourable mention would have to be my L’Oreal Colour Riche Glossy lipstick. It’s so easy to wear and I love the colour. This is my go-to if I just need a lipstick I know will last and look good with anything.

I love a good lip colour, it can pull a whole look together and I always feel badass when I am wearing it. What is your collection like? Do you have more, less, or around the same amount of lippies as me?
