If you know me, you’ll know that I’ve been the biggest fan of Victoria from In The Frow for years. At 15 I locked eyes on her purple hair and I’ve been hooked ever since. Whether it be her infectious personality or seemingly effortless look, I was drawn to her from the very start. She is one of the hardest working bloggers on the scene, and I find her so authentic. She is one of the very few bloggers that I completely trust for opinions, whether it is a sponsored post or not. So naturally, on Sunday when she revealed her collaboration with Strathberry I knew I had to have one!
I love Strathberry bags! I first saw them on Victoria’s blog and I’ve loved them ever since. Each bag is so classic and they have such a timeless look and feel. Whether you are 20 or 80 they’ll have something you’ll love!
This StrathberryxInTheFrow collection is a gorgeous and fun twist on a couple of their classic pieces. With two colours, plum and rose, both quintessentially Victoria, and silver hardware. I thought long and hard about which product I wanted to purchase! However, only in my wildest dreams can I afford one of the actual purses, so when I saw this pouch I know it would be perfect for me! I splurged on what I am calling my (five-month early) 21st birthday present to myself!
I choose the Mini Folio in the Plum shade. I think the colour is so versatile and will work with everything in my wardrobe! It’s also a nice change from the classic black/brown I usually go for. What really hooked me when I saw the collection was the silver hardware. As much as I love the gold/rose gold trend, it’s not for me! I am a cool toned baby through and through so I try to stick to silver accessories. I was so excited to see Victoria had made this style choice with her bags!
I decided on the Mini size (rather than the nano), and honestly its perfect! It fits my phone (iPhone 6), a lipstick, and my debit card, which is all I need. Its the perfect clutch for a night out, or a quick trip to the store. No longer will I have to lug around my giant shoulder bag half empty.
This was my first luxury/ high-end handbag purchase, and I am over the moon with it. I have zero buyers remorse (a rarity for me), and I know that I am going to get so much use out of it over the next couple years! I cannot wait until Victorias next collection with Strathberry, and I’ll be saving up my pennies so next time I can snag a bag!
*This post isn’t sponsored (although a girl can dream!), and this bag was not gifted to me. As always all opinions are completely my own.
